Auvéra is a design-led building atelier founded on a single conviction — that a home should feel inevitable. Not decorated, not assembled, but composed: stone, timber, brass and light arranged with the patience of a slow craft.
From the first pencil line to the final polish of a brass reveal, every Auvéra commission is drawn, engineered and built by one continuous hand. We take on a small number of projects each year, so that nothing is delegated and nothing is rushed.
“Luxury is not excess. It is the absence of compromise.”
Every discipline under a single roof — so the architecture, the interior, the landscape and the detailing answer to the same idea.
Ground-up construction executed with structural honesty and a builder's discipline. RCC frames, stone cladding and services detailed before the first brick.
Rooms composed around light and proportion. Bespoke joinery, book-matched stone and upholstery chosen by hand, in a palette that stays quiet for decades.
Façades and landscapes that hold their presence at dusk. Deep reveals, honest stone, hidden light and water used as a material, not an ornament.
Drawings as the first act of building. Concept, planning, 3D visualisation and material curation resolved in one studio, on one drawing set.
The same standards we bring to a marble foyer, applied to PUF panels, steel spans and factory-fabricated rooms — measured, drawn and finished before anything arrives on site.
Insulated sandwich-panel structures with a thermally broken envelope and factory-cut precision. Cold stores, clean rooms, site offices and energy-efficient shells — delivered weather-tight in weeks, not months.
Clear-span steel sheds designed around your machine layout, not a template. Portal frames, crane gantries, mezzanines and drainage detailed in-house, with the cladding and trims resolved as carefully as any façade.
Off-site fabricated rooms — guest suites, offices, studios, farmhouse pods — built in a controlled workshop and craned into place, fully finished. Precision joinery, concealed services and lighting scene-set before they land.
Our workshop draws, welds and finishes the elements most builders buy in. Aluminium and MS fabricated to millimetre tolerances, glass partitions set in brass, ceilings resolved as architecture.
Windows, doors, sliding systems, curtain-wall grids and railings — fabricated in slim profiles and anodised or powder-coated to your exact tone. Low-iron glazing, concealed hardware and flush thresholds as standard.
Fluted, frosted, tinted and smoked glass in slim brass or blackened-steel frames. Acoustic-rated sliding and pivoting systems that divide a room without closing it, and let light travel further than a wall ever could.
Gypsum, fibre and metal ceilings built as a composition — coffers, shadow-gap reveals, concealed cove lighting and integrated services. Acoustic performance and access hatches resolved so nothing interrupts the surface.
High-pressure laminate panelling, lockers, vanity counters and wall linings — woodgrains, solids and textures with crisp shadow-gap joints. Impervious to water and impact, and genuinely hard-wearing in a working home.
Aluminium composite cladding for façades, soffits, parapets, signage surrounds and column casings. Panels folded and routed in-house so the joint lines run exactly where the composition wants them — in bronze, charcoal or a custom RAL.
The structural backbone of our sheds: MS portal frames, trusses, purlins, crane gantries, staircases and platforms. Welded and jig-checked in the workshop, then bolted on site — with mill test certificates and stamped drawings.
All fabrication is carried out to issued drawings, with a material and finish approval before production. Aluminium, glass, HPL, ACP and MS can be combined into a single package with one point of accountability.
Discuss a fabrication packageA PUF (polyurethane foam) panel building is a structure clad in factory-made insulated sandwich panels — two steel skins bonded to a rigid foam core. It gives an airtight, thermally efficient envelope, goes up far faster than brick masonry and can be dismantled or extended later.
Design and structural drawing take 2–4 weeks. Fabrication in parallel takes 4–6 weeks, and erection typically runs 3–8 weeks depending on span and site access. A 10,000 sq ft shed is commonly handed over within 10–14 weeks of drawing release.
Yes. Fabricated rooms are built as self-supporting modules on a steel frame, so they can be unbolted, lifted and reinstated on a new foundation. Services are brought to a single connection point to make this practical.
We prepare the architectural and structural drawing set, and coordinate with your consultant for municipal and fire approvals. Structural designs are issued with stamped calculations from a licensed engineer.
That is the whole point of this division. Flush reveals, concealed fasteners, deep fascias, warm lighting and bronze-toned trims take a prefabricated shell well past the warehouse look — the same detailing language as our residences.
We accept a limited number of commissions each year.
Yours deserves the undivided hand.
A slow, deliberate sequence. No phase begins before the last is signed — which is precisely why our calendars fill early.
A conversation, at the site or in the atelier. We listen for how you actually live — the morning light you want, the objects you keep, the guests you host — before a single line is drawn.
A written and drawn concept: the idea of the house in plan, section and mood. One narrative, agreed before it is decorated.
Full architectural and interior drawing sets, 3D studies and a costed bill of quantities. Every reveal, shadow gap and service is resolved on paper first.
Slabs selected in the yard, not from a catalogue. Brass, walnut and bouclé approved by hand under the light they will live in.
Our own site team, weekly reporting, and a single point of accountability from foundation to final coat.
Furniture placed, art hung, lighting scene-set — and a key handed over to a house that is already finished, not to be finished.
A house should not announce its cost. It should announce its care.
